This notice explains how ZYX SIA handles information when you contact us through zyx.lv. The site does not use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics.

Who controls your information

ZYX SIA, a company registered in Latvia under number 40203767973, is the controller. You can reach us at contact@zyx.lv.

What we collect and why

If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, subject, message, submission reference, delivery status, and timestamps. We use this information to answer your enquiry, discuss a requested product or pilot, prevent abuse, and keep a reliable record of the conversation.

We process this information to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for our legitimate interests in operating the company, responding to enquiries, and protecting the contact service. You do not have to use the form; you may email us instead.

Service providers and transfers

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site, verifies that form submissions are human, and stores the contact ledger in an EU-jurisdiction database. Resend delivers the form notification to our business mailbox. These providers process information for us under their own security and data protection terms. Some provider operations may occur outside the European Economic Area using applicable transfer safeguards.

Retention

Contact-form records are scheduled for deletion after 12 months unless we need them for an active conversation, a contract, a legal obligation, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Security logs may be kept for shorter operational periods.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict, or provide a copy of your information, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also complain to Latvia's Data State Inspectorate or another competent supervisory authority. We do not use contact-form information for automated decisions.

Changes

We will update this page when the contact service or its providers materially change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
